The Spanish Speaking Women Association (SSWA) is non-profit organization of multinationals members from Spanish speaking countries and other countries who are interested to learn, practice and share its culture in Spanish. Our organization has been a helping hand for nearly 30 years, it was funded by Spanish speaking and Indonesian ladies who saw the need and advantages of having a Spanish speaking group, since then it has been filling the needs of a growing Spanish speaking community in Indonesia. Besides of promoting unity and a service to the local Spanish speaking community, we sponsor different social welfare programs in Indonesia to help those more in need. Kampung Kids have been an organization very close to us with a long lasting relation as we acknowledge the important value of this institution promoting a better standard of life for children, women and elderly groups from its centre in Pejaten Area. Throughout our different social and cultural activities we link our both aims, helping those more in need while promoting unity for our community. We organize different events, such as coffee mornings, which beyond to be the place to find friends, they are a monthly exhibition of dances, food, customs an traditions of all those countries represented in our group. Also, we organize family activities and other fundraising events. The Latin Ball is our main fundraise event, an evening gala full of colors and music and definitely the best opportunity open to sponsors, and particulars interested to help those in need while enjoying the flavor, music and cherish of our community. We look forward to keep helping Kampung Kids during 2010 and also we take the opportunity to invite you to join our organization and the Latin Ball 2010.
